Catherine Fiasconaro is Director of the SpencerLab Digital Color Laboratory, and Operations Vice President of its parent, Spencer & Associates Publishing, Ltd. An industry analyst specializing in Digital Color Printing, Ms. Fiasconaro has more than 20 years experience in management and technology. She is noted for her overall understanding of digital printing technologies, including Print Quality and Consumable Life.

Ms. Fiasconaro has been leading SpencerLab since the beginning of this millennium, managing its benchmarking services for Availability, Throughput, Cost-per-Print, and Usability, as well as Print Quality and CLT Focus Groups. Ms. Fiasconaro also evaluates test results and has authored numerous reports for both public and confidential use.

Experienced in desktop publishing and vertical sector applications, Ms. Fiasconaro is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. An active participant in development of the ISO/IEC standards on Yield benchmarking, she was American representative to a JTC1 SC28 Plenary. Previously, she gained experience at companies such as Exxon Corporation and Periphonics. Ms. Fiasconaro earned a BA in Economics from Stony Brook University.

Since 1989 Spencer & Associates has been consulting with organizations for which printing is mission-critical, and providing strategic product support for major printer developers, improving quality and performance. SpencerLab provides competitive product benchmarking and develops test suites to facilitate printing device evaluation.
