We hold the issue of privacy in the highest regard and are committed to maintaining our clients’ confidentiality.

Software Licensing

Software, such as the SpencerLab Printer Test Suite, may only be used under license. The specific terms of each such license are provided at the time of licensing. An example of a multi-user test suite license is available on request.

Trademarks and Usage

Use of the Spencer & Associates and SpencerLab Digital Color Laboratory names and/or logos is available only under license with express permission. These names/logos and PageWatch are trademarks of Spencer & Associates Publishing, Ltd. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

In general, permission to use our logos is granted only to companies with whom we have a direct business relationship, since allowing one of our logos to be used without appropriate approval might give the false impression that we have carried out research, testing, and/or certification activities, or have approved or authorized that organization. Please contact us with any questions pertaining to the use of our logos—for use on products, in publications, in advertisements, on internet sites, etc.
